We specialise in designing and delivering workshops and sessions on the eight Core Behaviours of the new CIPD Profession Map.  

We have designed and delivered online workshops on all eight of the Core Behaviours for CIPD Wales.  We are able to tailor the design to suit individual and team requirements.

Course - 'The Eight Core Behaviours for HR Professionals'

 We have designed a course that will enable those attending to develop their capabilities in the new eight core behaviours and in so doing add value to their organisation. A course summary can be found here.

Our Experience and Expertise in Human Resource Management (HRM)

Our principal consultant, Krista Powell Edwards has extensive knowledge, expertise and experience of HRM:-

  • A MA degree in Human Resource Management
  • A Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management
  • Chartered Fellow status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • University lecturer in International Human Resource  Management
  • Design and delivery of numerous HRM programmes both in the UK and internationally
  • Design and delivery of numerous CPD workshops and events for HR professionals 
  • Knowledge of current HR thinking and research by attendance at HR and CIPD conferences and events
